The Scotch 8956 Filament tape is transparent and measures 50 metres in length and 50 millimetres in width. This tape is known for its strong adhesion due to its fibreglass reinforcement. It is typically used for securing heavy packages and bundling items. Scotch® Adhesive tape 8956 is a standard filament adhesive tape with a carrier material made of bi-axial elongated ScotchPro™ Polypropylene film (BOPP) and an adhesive made of synthetic rubber (solvent-free). Longitudinal glass fiber reinforcement. Additional safety: The longitudinal fibers do not tear the adhesive tape so quickly in the transverse direction.
