FAQs

Are these sunglasses suitable for all face shapes?

The rectangular silhouette of the C7989 is a classic shape that is generally flattering on oval, round, and heart-shaped faces.

Do these sunglasses come with a case?

Yes, it is recommended to always store them in the included protective case when not in use to prevent damage.

Can I replace the lenses with prescription lenses?

Many optical shops can fit prescription lenses into Coach frames; however, you should consult with your local optician to confirm compatibility.

Are the lenses polarized?

The product description specifies high-quality brown gradient lenses, which focus on clarity and protection rather than polarization.

How do I maintain the shine of the frames?

Keep the frames clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth after use to remove oils and sweat that can build up.

Troubleshooting

Smudges or fingerprints on lenses

Gently clean the lenses using a microfiber cloth. Do not use clothing or abrasive paper products.

Frame feels loose on the face

Take the sunglasses to an authorized eyewear retailer for a professional frame adjustment.

Difficulty seeing in very bright glare

While these lenses offer protection, ensure you are wearing them correctly; if glare persists, ensure they are clean and free of water spots.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Coach sunglasses remain in peak condition, follow these simple care guidelines:

Cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth and a mild lens cleaning solution to wipe away smudges. Avoid using harsh chemicals or paper towels, which can scratch the lenses.
Storage: Always keep the sunglasses in their protective case when not in use. Avoid leaving them in high-heat areas like a parked car, as extreme heat can warp the frame or damage the lens coating.
Adjustment: If the frames feel loose or uncomfortable, visit a professional optician for a frame adjustment. Avoid bending the hinges or frames yourself to prevent structural damage.
