Troubleshooting
Sofa feels unstable after attaching legs.
Ensure all four legs are securely tightened. Check that the sofa is on a level surface.
Fabric shows signs of wear prematurely.
Rotate cushions regularly. Avoid placing the sofa in direct sunlight for extended periods, which can fade fabric. For persistent wear, consult professional upholstery advice.
Cushions lose their plumpness.
Plump the cushions regularly by hand. If they are reversible, flip them over periodically. The down and foam filling may naturally compress over time.
Minor spills or stains on fabric.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For tougher stains, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, testing on an inconspicuous area first. Professional cleaning is recommended for significant stains.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Bay sofa is delivered assembled. Upon arrival, the only setup required is to attach the black wooden legs. These typically screw into pre-drilled sockets on the underside of the sofa frame.
Compatibility: This 3-seater sofa has a length of 250 cm, a height of 70 cm, and a width of 92 cm. Please ensure these dimensions, along with the seat height (40 cm) and armrest height (47 cm), fit comfortably within your intended space. Crucially, verify that the sofa can pass through all doorways, hallways, and stairwells on its way to its final location before ordering.
Care: The Lucca FR fabric (11% Polyester, 27% cotton, 42% Viscose, 20% Linen) requires gentle care. For general cleaning, use a damp cloth to wipe away spills or dust. For more thorough cleaning or stain removal, it is recommended to consult a professional upholstery cleaner to avoid damaging the fabric blend. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.
