A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied, allowing for immediate top coating with your choice of paint or stain after installation. Simple self-assembly is possible with two to three people, using the provided instructions. A flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended. (Imperial dimensions are approximate, refer to metric dimensions for precise measurements). Please allow for roof overhang and access during installation and painting. The doors, complete with a ring latch, are mortice and tenon jointed and the windows have toughened glass as standard. The Delmora is supplied flat packed for ease of handling and assembly. All fittings including the roofing felt are included, along with easy-to-follow illustrated assembly instructions. When you receive your Delmora Summerhouse it will have been dip-treated during manufacture in a base coat treatment to help protect it during transit. We would also recommend that, prior to assembly, you treat all wooden parts (both inside and out) with a quality preservative in a colour of your choice, to maintain the manufacturers warranty.
