FAQs

What size photographs does this frame hold?

The frame has two apertures, each designed for photographs measuring 8cm x 5cm (3" x 2").

Can I hang this frame on the wall?

No, this frame is designed with a standing strut for tabletop display only and does not include wall-mounting hardware.

What material is the frame made of?

The frame is silver-plated and features crystal details.

Does it come with a gift box?

Yes, the frame comes complete with a signature Amore by Juliana gift box.

How should I clean the frame?

Wipe the frame gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Are the intertwined rings part of the frame's structure or a separate charm?

The intertwined rings are an integrated design element of the frame itself.

Troubleshooting

Frame doesn't stand securely.

Ensure the standing strut is fully extended and properly seated on a level surface. Check that the strut itself is not damaged.

Photos are difficult to insert.

Ensure the back of the frame is fully open and that no obstructions are present. If photos are slightly larger than the aperture, carefully trim the edges to fit.

Silver plating appears dull or tarnished.

Gently polish the frame with a soft silver polishing cloth. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners, which can exacerbate tarnishing on plated items.
