Einhell Biscuit Jointer - TC-BJ 900

The Einhell TC-BJ 900 uses standard biscuits with dimensions of 100 x 22 x 3.8mm.

Use the spindle lock to secure the cutter and then use the face spanner to loosen and remove the old cutter. Replace with a new cutter and tighten securely using the face spanner.

The maximum cutting depth is 14mm.

Adjust the angle of the cut using the infinitely variable angle setting on the jointer.

Empty the dust bag regularly to ensure optimal performance. The dust bag can be emptied by opening the zipper and shaking out the contents.

You can use this jointer with various types of wood. Be sure the wood is clean and free of obstructions.

Always wear safety glasses. Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped. Do not force the jointer through the wood.

Adjust the cutting depth using the 3-step quick adjustment or fine-tune settings.

Ensure the base plate is flush with the workpiece and the fence is set at the correct angle. Double-check all measurements.

Ensure the workpiece is firmly secured and the cutter is sharp. Check for any loose parts and tighten if necessary.
