Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This watch typically comes with a pre-set time and date. If adjustments are needed, use the crown located on the side of the watch. Pull the crown out to the first position to adjust the date and to the second position to adjust the time. Gently push the crown back in to secure the settings.
Compatibility:
This is a traditional analog watch and does not have electronic compatibility requirements. Its design is intended to be universally compatible as a fashion accessory.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch and metal strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For more persistent marks, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Strap Adjustment: If the metal strap is too loose or too tight, it is recommended to visit a professional jeweler or watch repair service for adjustment. They have the specialized tools to add or remove links safely.
- Water Resistance: Check the specific water resistance rating for this model. Avoid submerging the watch in water unless explicitly stated as waterproof, and be mindful of exposure to sweat or moisture which can affect longevity.
- Storage: When not in use, store the watch in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches and dust accumulation.
