The HawkLock H21 system provides a faster, safer, and more compatible quick release experience with its exclusive slider slot, roll pins for precise locking, and automatic self-locking mechanism.

The SmallRig 4489 arm has a maximum load capacity of 3kg.

The arm features a standard 1/4"-20 screw and anti-twist pins for broad compatibility. However, for the quickest and most secure mounting, accessories designed for the HawkLock H21 system are recommended.

Ensure the accessory is fully slid into the HawkLock H21 slot and has locked. Utilize the detachable locating pins on the top plate if your accessory has corresponding holes.

The arm is constructed with a combination of materials, including silicone, designed for durability and professional use.

The newly designed rosette locking structure allows for smoother, more precise, and secure angle adjustments of your mounted accessories compared to older designs.

With a 3kg load capacity, it is suitable for a wide range of professional accessories like monitors and lights. For very heavy setups, a higher capacity arm might be necessary.

Ensure the accessory is fully seated in the HawkLock H21 slot and that the automatic self-locking mechanism has engaged. Check that the detachable locating pins are properly aligned with any corresponding holes on the accessory.

Loosen the rosette locking structure sufficiently. Ensure no debris is obstructing the rosette mechanism. After adjusting, tighten the lock firmly.

Do not attach accessories weighing more than 3kg. Doing so can lead to instability, potential equipment damage, or failure of the arm.

Inspect the slider slot and roll pins for any dirt or debris. Gently clean the area with a dry cloth. Ensure you are sliding the accessory in the correct direction.
