Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires basic hand tools and the ability to drill into the van floor or side structure. The units include built-in brackets which must be securely fixed to the vehicle frame to prevent shifting while the vehicle is in motion. For workshop use, consider bolting the units to the wall for additional stability. Compatibility is near-universal due to the standard shelving dimensions, but always measure your van's wheel arch height and roof clearance before installation. For care, keep the locking mechanisms lubricated with a light silicone-based spray to prevent sticking. Regularly check that the bolts securing the units to the vehicle remain tight, especially during the first few weeks of use, to compensate for vehicle vibrations.
