Yes, it is designed for use on all cooking surfaces, including induction.
The pan features a stay-cool welded handle to minimize heat transfer, though caution is always recommended.
The pan has a height of 81mm and a diameter of 160mm.
The pan is constructed from heavy-duty 18/10 stainless steel.
This is often caused by overheating or mineral deposits. Clean with a mixture of vinegar and water or a stainless steel cleaner.
Ensure the pan is preheated correctly before adding oil. Use medium heat rather than high heat to maintain the integrity of the stainless steel surface.
Before first use, wash the pan thoroughly with warm soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. The 3516 model is compatible with induction, gas, and electric surfaces. While the pan is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to avoid using harsh steel wool or abrasive scouring pads to maintain the polished stainless steel finish. If food residue becomes stuck, soaking in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes is usually sufficient for a quick, non-abrasive release.
