The doormat is made from natural coir fibers with a PVC backing.

You can shake it out regularly, vacuum it, or spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow it to air dry completely.

It is best used in a location protected from direct, heavy rain or standing water, such as a covered porch or entryway, to maintain its condition and longevity.

The design is woven into the coir material and is generally durable with proper care, but prolonged direct sunlight could potentially cause fading.

The PVC backing is designed to provide grip without damaging most common floor types. However, always test in an inconspicuous area if concerned about delicate flooring.

Unroll the mat completely and place it in a warm, dry area for a few hours to allow the coir to relax. Ensure the floor beneath is flat and smooth.

Some initial shedding is normal for coir mats. Increase the frequency of shaking and vacuuming. Shedding should reduce over time.

Ensure the PVC backing and the floor surface are clean and dry. If the floor is very smooth, consider placing a thin rug gripper underneath.
