Full details

The TensCare iSock is a wearable electrode designed for use with TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) machines. Its conductive fabric, when damp, allows stimulation from a TENS unit to pass throughout the foot, promoting improved blood flow, increased mobility, and relief from pain. Unlike standard electrode pads, the iSock targets the entire foot, providing comprehensive relief for various foot-related issues, including pain, arthritis, and swelling. The thin, flexible fabric allows comfortable wear under clothing, enabling an active lifestyle. The iSock is suitable for UK shoe sizes 4 to 8. Key features include: washable and reusable, compatible with TensCare TENS units, and ideal for arthritis, achy feet, and other foot pain. Package includes: 2 x iSock (1 pair), 2 x Adapter leads, 2 x 50x90mm electrode pads (E-CM5090). To use, ensure the stimulator is off, connect the lead wires to the iSock and an electrode pad, and wear the socks slightly damp for optimal current flow. Place the electrode pad on the same limb as the iSock. Hand wash the iSock and dry flat at room temperature if needed. Precautions: Monitor skin condition regularly, especially if using for conditions like Diabetic Neuropathy where sensation may be reduced, to prevent skin irritation.
