Troubleshooting
Plate has a minor chip
Inspect the chip for sharpness. If minor and not compromising structural integrity, it might still be usable for non-critical reheating. For significant chips or cracks, discontinue use to avoid breakage.
Food sticks to the plate
Ensure the plate is clean before use. For difficult-to-clean residues, soak the plate in warm, soapy water for a short period before washing.
White residue after dishwasher use
This could be due to hard water. Try using a dishwasher rinse aid or running a dishwasher cleaning cycle to remove mineral buildup. Ensure your dishwasher's water softener settings are appropriate.
