Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, ensure the platters are washed with a mild detergent. They are compatible with all modern cooking surfaces, including gas, electric, and induction hobs. To maintain the integrity of the enamel, always use non-abrasive sponges or cleaning cloths during maintenance. While the dishes are dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to prolong the pristine look of the glass finish. If you notice a chip in the enamel, do not worry; the underlying steel is food-safe and generally adds a rustic, lived-in character to your collection.
