Troubleshooting
Wardrobe door not aligning correctly
Check that the wardrobe is on a level surface. The hinges may have minor adjustment screws that can be carefully turned to realign the door.
Scratch or scuff on the finish
For minor surface marks on the scratch-resistant finish, try gently buffing with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For deeper scratches, contact customer support regarding repair options or touch-up kits if available.
Difficulty opening/closing drawers or doors
Ensure nothing is obstructing the runners or hinges. Check that the metal drawer runners and door hinges are free from debris. If persistent, inspect hinges for alignment issues.
Delivery access issues
Measure all doorways, hallways, and stairwells to confirm dimensions. If access is a concern, consider if any doors or frames can be temporarily removed to facilitate entry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This wardrobe arrives ready assembled. Prior to delivery, ensure the intended room can accommodate the wardrobe's dimensions (H:196 x W:74 x D:53 cm) and that there is sufficient access through doorways and hallways. Delivery is handled by a two-man team directly to your room of choice.
Compatibility: The wardrobe's modern black design with slat effect and metal handles makes it compatible with a wide range of contemporary bedroom furniture and decor styles. It is designed as a standalone storage unit.
Care: To maintain the wardrobe's finish, clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which could damage the scratch-resistant surface. For the mirrored door, use a standard glass cleaner applied to a cloth, not directly to the mirror, to prevent liquid from seeping into the frame.
