FAQs

Are these balls legal for tournament play?

Yes, Volvik VIVID SOFT balls are USGA and R&A conforming.

What does 70 compression mean for my game?

A 70 compression rating is considered soft, making it ideal for golfers with moderate swing speeds who want more feel around the green.

Does the matte finish wear off?

The finish is durable, but like any golf ball, it may show minor scuffs after repeated contact with wedge grooves or cart paths.

How many balls are included in the set?

Each set includes 4 premium VIVID SOFT golf balls.

Can I use the included marker on the green?

Yes, the included collectible ball marker is designed specifically for marking your ball's position on the putting surface.

Troubleshooting

Ball becomes stained during play

Wipe the surface with a damp towel immediately after the hole to prevent debris from settling into the matte texture.

Difficulty finding the ball in deep rough

The high-visibility properties of the matte finish are best utilized by scanning the sky upon landing rather than relying on glint reflection on the ground.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • High-visibility matte finish is easy to track
  • Soft compression is ideal for moderate swing speeds
  • Includes a matching collectible ball marker
  • Durable cover maintains performance over multiple rounds
  • Excellent gift presentation for Disney and golf enthusiasts

Cons

  • Matte finish shows dirt more easily than glossy balls
  • Not intended for high-swing-speed professionals needing maximum spin
  • Character designs may eventually wear with heavy wedge contact

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These golf balls are compatible with any standard golf club set and adhere to USGA and R&A rules for tournament play. To maintain the integrity of the matte finish, it is recommended to clean the balls with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh abrasive scouring pads, as these can scratch the unique matte coating. Store the balls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the vibrant character artwork on the packaging and the ball surface.
