The Korda Compac Padded Rod Sleeve (10ft) is designed for serious anglers who require premium protection for their single rod and reel setups during transport. Its primary benefit lies in its robust padding and water-resistant construction, which safeguard gear from accidental impacts and environmental moisture, though the sleeve is specifically tailored for 10ft rods, meaning it is not suitable for longer 12ft or 13ft rod sections.

Yes, it is designed to be used in conjunction with the Korda Dark Kamo Compac Rod Holdalls.
Simply wipe the exterior down with a damp, clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
Clean any debris or dried mud from the zipper teeth and ensure the rod is seated properly inside so it is not pressing against the zip.
Ensure the bag is stored in a dry location when not in use and that no wet gear was stored inside for extended periods, as this can trap condensation.
To use the sleeve, simply unzip the full-length fastener and slide your rod into the padded compartment, ensuring the reel sits comfortably in the designated area. If attaching to a Compac Rod Holdall, secure the sleeve using the designated external attachment points. For maintenance, keep the water-resistant fabric clean by wiping it down with a damp cloth after use. Avoid machine washing, which can degrade the protective padding and water-repellent coating. Always ensure zippers are free of mud or grit to maintain their smooth operation.
