A lovely variety of clematis, the ‘Justa’ provides a beautiful touch of late-season color with its profusion of small lavender-blue blooms with pale central bands along each petal, which appear from mid-Summer and last to the beginnings of autumn. While it is a climber, its compact nature means that it won’t grow too out of control and is quite easy to manage and maintain. A great variety for more compact areas or for container planting. Plant in moist, well-drained soils and keep the upper portion in full or partial sunlight. The roots prefer to be kept cool and shaded and can be shielded with groundcover plants or a layer of pebbles. Clematis Justa features light purple blossoms and a graceful climbing vine. Adding subtle elegance to gardens, this serene and low-maintenance plant thrives in morning sun. Plant in well-drained soil and provide support for climbing.
