Troubleshooting
Product does not fit through doorway or in intended space.
Measure doorways, hallways, and the intended space before purchase. If the product is too large, consider alternative placement or a different furniture item. Note that returns may be subject to supplier policies.
Drawers not closing smoothly.
Ensure the drawers are not overloaded and that the contents are not obstructing the runners. Check for any debris within the drawer tracks. The soft-close mechanism may require a gentle push to engage fully.
Wood finish appears dull or smudged.
Use a clean, soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. Ensure no harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasives were used. Dry immediately with a separate soft cloth.
Unevenness on uncarpeted floor causing wobbling.
Apply felt or rubber protection pads to the bottom of the legs. Adjust the pads as needed to level the sideboard.
