Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before starting your project, it is recommended to pre-wash the fabric to account for any minor shrinkage. Machine wash on a warm setting with similar colors, and tumble dry on low to preserve the structure.
- Needles: Use a universal needle (size 70/10 or 80/12).
- Thread: Standard polyester or cotton-wrapped polyester thread works best.
- Cutting: Ensure your fabric is squared up before cutting, as the check pattern serves as a helpful visual guide to keep grainlines straight.
- Ironing: Use a medium-hot iron setting. Because of the polyester content, the fabric does not require intense heat to remove creases.
