To install, clear your site of large surface rocks and debris. Place the spike at the desired location and drive it vertically into the ground. Once at the correct depth, insert your 3.5-inch wooden post into the anchor and secure it using the provided side-fastening holes. Because of the powder-coated finish, these anchors are weather-resistant; however, you should inspect the connections annually for any loose fasteners caused by ground shifting. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that might strip the powder coating, as this could expose the underlying steel to moisture.
