This Ladder Tag Kit from Scan helps manage the identification, safety, and maintenance of ladders, ensuring compliance with Work at Height Regulations 2005. Each kit includes 10 holders, 10 inserts, and 1 pen. The AssetTag holder should be permanently fixed to the ladder. Perform daily and interval inspections, recording results on the tag. If a ladder fails, remove the insert and inform a supervisor immediately. These tags are used to manage inspections of class 1 and EN131 ladders and are secured with standard cable ties. The inserts provide space for inspection records, signatures, pre-use checks, and in-use checks for easy reference. Replacement inserts are sold separately.
