Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Assembly is required for this prep table. Ensure all parts are present before beginning. Typically, this involves attaching the legs to the tabletop and then installing the lower shelf. A wrench or Allen key (often included) may be needed. Follow the included instruction manual carefully.
Compatibility:
This table is designed for general kitchen use and is compatible with most standard kitchen equipment and workflows. Its stainless steel material is inert and will not react with most food items.
Care:
To maintain the table's condition and hygiene:
- Wipe down the surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
- For tougher stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for stainless steel.
- Avoid using steel wool, abrasive sponges, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch the surface.
- Dry the surface thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water spots.
- The lower shelf, made of galvanized steel, should also be cleaned gently and dried to prevent corrosion.
