Troubleshooting
Divan base is uneven or wobbly.
Ensure all connecting bolts are securely tightened. Check that the base is on a level surface. If the base has adjustable feet, level them accordingly.
Storage drawers are difficult to open or close.
Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the divan base itself is level. Lubricate the drawer runners if necessary with a silicone-based spray.
Fabric appears discolored or stained.
Refer to the specific fabric care instructions provided with the bed. For minor marks, try gently dabbing with a slightly damp cloth. For significant stains, professional cleaning is recommended.
