Troubleshooting
Spray appears crushed or misshapen upon arrival
Gently bend and adjust the stems and branches into the desired shape. The materials are designed to be flexible.
Color seems dull after some time
Dust the spray with a soft, dry cloth. If dust accumulation is significant, a very lightly dampened cloth can be used carefully, followed by immediate drying. Ensure it has not been exposed to excessive sunlight.
Stems are too long for the intended vase
The wire within the stems can be carefully bent or, for a permanent solution, snipped with wire cutters to adjust the length. Be cautious when cutting.
