FAQs
What material is the shelf made from?
The shelf is made from solid acacia wood with a natural finish.
What are the dimensions of the shelf?
The dimensions are approximately 40 cm in length, 20 cm in width, and 2.5 cm in thickness (L x W x T).
Does the delivery include mounting hardware?
No, the delivery only contains the wall shelf itself. Mounting brackets are not included and must be purchased separately.
Can I choose the specific look of the shelf I receive?
No, due to the unique nature of the live edge wood and natural variations, the delivery is random, and each item will have its own unique character.
What is the maximum weight capacity of the shelf?
The shelf has a maximum load capacity of 75 kg.
How do I clean the shelf?
The smooth wall rack is easy to clean with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Will the width of the shelf be exactly 20 cm?
Due to the natural shape of the live edge solid wood, the width may vary slightly by +/- 1-2 cm or –3-5 cm.
Troubleshooting
Shelf is wobbly after mounting
Ensure the mounting brackets are securely fastened to the wall and that the shelf is firmly attached to the brackets. Check if the wall itself is stable.
Wood appears uneven or cracked
This is a characteristic of the natural live edge design. If the cracks are significant or compromise stability, reassess the mounting and load capacity.
Surface feels rough
The natural finish of solid acacia wood can have some texture. For a smoother feel, you can lightly sand the surface and reapply a natural wood oil or sealant, testing on an inconspicuous area first.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This product is delivered as a wall shelf only. You will need to source appropriate mounting brackets suitable for your wall type (e.g., drywall anchors, masonry plugs) and the shelf's weight capacity. Ensure the brackets are securely installed before attaching the shelf.
Compatibility: The shelf is designed for mounting on a solid wall. Ensure the wall surface can support the shelf and its intended load. It is compatible with various interior design styles, particularly those that embrace natural materials and rustic elements.
Care: To maintain the shelf's appearance, clean the surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the natural wood finish. For spills, wipe them immediately to prevent staining.
