Einhell Stationary Belt Grinder - TC-US 350

The Einhell TC-US 350 is primarily designed for use with wood.

Replace the grinding wheel and belt when they show signs of wear, such as reduced performance or damage.

Always wear safety glasses and a dust mask. Consider using hearing protection as well.

The work supports are adjustable to accommodate different sizes of workpieces. Loosen the adjustment mechanism, position the support, and tighten it.

While primarily for wood, it may be used for light metal work by removing paint or rust. However, it is not optimized for heavy metalworking tasks.

Use a brush or vacuum to remove dust and debris. Avoid using water or solvents on the motor or electrical components.

Check if the grinding wheel or belt is worn out. Replace them if necessary. Also, ensure you are applying the correct pressure and using the right grit for the job.

Make sure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface. Check and tighten all screws and bolts. The rubber feet should be intact and making good contact with the surface.

Ensure the spark guard window is properly adjusted to protect you from sparks. The material you are grinding may not be suitable or you might be applying too much pressure.

Check the power cord and outlet to make sure they are working properly. Inspect the power switch to ensure it is functioning.
