Troubleshooting

Drawers are stiff or difficult to open/close

Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Check for any obstructions inside the drawer runners. If the issue persists, gently re-align the drawer if possible. Avoid forcing the drawers.

Mirrored surface has smudges or fingerprints

Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner. Wipe gently in a consistent direction. Buff dry with a separate clean, dry cloth.

Scratches on the mirrored surface

Unfortunately, deep scratches on mirrored surfaces are difficult to repair. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or materials that could cause scratching. For minor surface scuffs, professional restoration might be an option, but prevention is key.

Chest feels unstable

Verify that the chest is placed on a flat, even floor. Check that all drawers are properly seated. If the unit came with anti-tip hardware, ensure it is installed correctly according to its instructions.
