Troubleshooting
Paint not adhering well
Ensure the canvas surface is clean and dry. For some mediums or techniques, a light sanding or an additional primer layer might be beneficial, though the canvas is pre-primed.
Canvas appears slack
Minor slackness can sometimes occur. If significant, you can try using small wedges in the frame corners or consult resources on re-stretching canvases, though this is less common with properly stored canvases.
Frame warping
Ensure the canvas is stored in a stable, climate-controlled environment. Avoid storing near sources of high humidity or extreme temperature fluctuations.
