Setup:
- Ensure the steamer base, water reservoir, and tiers are clean before first use.
- Fill the water reservoir to the desired level, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line indicated on the water gauge.
- Stack the desired number of tiers onto the base.
- Place your food into the tiers, ensuring not to overfill.
- Replace the lid.
- Plug in the steamer and set the timer to your desired cooking duration.
Compatibility:
This food steamer is designed for use with standard household electrical outlets. It is compatible with a wide range of foods, including vegetables, meats, fish, grains, and desserts. Ensure food items fit within the dimensions of the steaming tiers.
Care:
- Cleaning: Allow the steamer to cool completely before cleaning. Wash the tiers, lid, and any removable parts with warm, soapy water. The base unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth; never immerse the base in water.
- Descaling: Periodically descale the water reservoir, especially in hard water areas, by running a cycle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (follow manufacturer's specific descaling instructions if provided).
- Storage: Once dry, the tiers can be nested together for compact storage within the base or separately.
