Troubleshooting

Device not heating or cooling effectively

Ensure the device has been properly charged or is connected to its power source if applicable. Allow adequate time for temperature transition between modes. Clean the contact surfaces as they may be obstructed.

Skin irritation after use

Reduce the intensity or duration of application. Ensure you are using the correct temperature setting for your skin type. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Always ensure skin is clean and hydrated before use.

Difficulty achieving desired sculpting effect

Review usage tutorials to ensure proper technique and angle are being applied. Experiment with different pressure levels. Consistent, regular use is key for sculpting benefits.

Device feels uncomfortable on the skin

Adjust the pressure and angle of the tool. Ensure you are not dragging the tool across dry skin; a light serum or moisturizer can help it glide smoothly.
