The pillow insert should be spot cleaned only. The removable cover can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble dried on low heat.
The pillow is filled with 100% polyester. While many find polyester to be hypoallergenic, individuals with severe sensitivities should consult with a healthcare professional regarding synthetic fills.
The cooling effect is a result of the airflow-enhancing fabric and breathable design. It is designed to maintain a cooler surface throughout the night, helping to dissipate body heat.
Please refer to the product packaging or retailer's website for specific warranty information, as it may vary.
Yes, the OHS Cooling Pillow is designed to fit standard pillowcases.
The pillow is filled with resilient 100% polyester designed to maintain its shape and offer long-lasting support without significant flattening.
Allow a 1-2 week adjustment period. You can also try fluffing the pillow to redistribute the fill and soften its initial feel.
Ensure the pillowcase is made of breathable material. The cooling effect is enhanced by good air circulation. Check that the pillow's fabric isn't compressed by tight bedding.
Remove the cover and machine wash it according to the care label instructions. Air dry the pillow insert or tumble dry the cover on low heat.
Gently fluff the pillow by hand or place it in a dryer on a no-heat setting with dryer balls for a short period to help restore loft.
Setup: The OHS Cooling Pillow is ready to use right out of the packaging. Simply remove it from its protective wrapping and fluff it to your desired comfort level. Place it on your bed as you would any standard pillow.
Compatibility: This pillow is designed for all sleeping positions: side, back, and stomach. It is compatible with standard pillowcases.
Care Instructions: The pillow itself is not machine washable. To clean, spot clean any spills or stains with a mild detergent and water, then air dry thoroughly. The outer cover is designed to be easily removed and machine washed. Follow the care label instructions on the cover for best results, typically a gentle cycle with cold water and low heat tumble dry.
