Always store the brush hanging by its handle or lying flat in a clean, dry area once it has been thoroughly cleaned and dried.

The clip is designed to fit most standard paint buckets and metal preservation tins, though it may not fit on unusually wide or thick-rimmed containers.

It is generally helpful to lightly dampen the brush with water before using water-based stains to prevent the bristles from soaking up too much product at the start.

If material dries in the bristles, use an appropriate solvent based on the product you were applying, then comb the bristles out carefully once softened.

Ensure the brush is thoroughly cleaned and dried after use, and flick the bristles firmly against your palm before starting to remove any loose factory-cut fibers.

Check that the brush is not overloaded with liquid. Use a wiping motion against the inside edge of your paint container to remove excess stain before application.
