The liner expands in a fire, sealing the opening to prevent the spread of fire and smoke, maintaining the fire door's integrity. It is smoke tested, fire tested, and acoustic tested to relevant standards, offering security and sound dampening. The letterbox has an adjustable telescopic sleeve to suit door thicknesses from 40mm to 80mm.
