Yes, these panels can be painted with high-quality water-based paints if you wish to change the color from the original cashmere beige.
Each pack contains 8 tiles, providing enough coverage for 2 square meters.
These tiles are not moisture-proof. They are best suited for dry, interior spaces.
You will need a measuring tape, a utility knife or fine-tooth saw for trimming, and an appropriate adhesive for XPS foam.
It is highly recommended to ensure the wall is clean, dry, and primed for the best possible adhesive bond.
Ensure the wall surface is primed and free of dust, and check that the adhesive used is specifically recommended for XPS foam.
Use a light-colored, paintable caulk or filler to bridge any small gaps between panels for a seamless finish.
Since XPS is soft, handle with care during transit. If minor damage occurs, use a small amount of spackle to fill the area and touch up with matching paint.
Installation is straightforward due to the lightweight nature of the XPS tiles. To set up, ensure your surface is clean, dry, and dust-free. Use a high-quality adhesive suitable for polystyrene to attach panels directly to the wall. For corners or edges, a fine-tooth saw or utility knife can be used to trim the panels to the desired size.
Compatibility: These tiles are compatible with standard drywall, plaster, and other smooth, stable surfaces. Avoid high-humidity areas unless the edges are sealed properly.
Care: To clean, simply wipe the panels with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the cashmere beige finish.
