Troubleshooting

Hair feels heavy or greasy after use.

Ensure you are rinsing the conditioner thoroughly. Try using a slightly smaller amount, especially if you have fine hair, and focus application on the ends rather than the roots.

Curls are not defined or are still frizzy.

Make sure to distribute the conditioner evenly and detangle gently. Consider pairing with a leave-in conditioner or styling product from the Aussie Curls line and try a different drying method like plopping or diffusing.

The scent is overpowering.

Rinse the hair thoroughly after conditioning. If the scent persists strongly, consider using a different conditioner or a hair fragrance product.
