The Findel SC100 commercial portable spot cleaner is designed for professional cleaners and facility managers who require a robust, reliable solution for maintaining carpets and upholstery in high-traffic environments. Its primary benefit is the powerful 750W motor that delivers professional-grade suction to extract deep-seated grime and stubborn stains efficiently. However, users should note that due to its commercial-grade construction and large-capacity tanks, the unit is heavier and less maneuverable than typical home-use portable extractors.

It is suitable for most standard synthetic carpets, but you should always perform a spot test on an inconspicuous area before cleaning delicate or natural fiber fabrics.
You should empty and rinse the dirty water tank after every use to prevent odor buildup and bacterial growth.
Yes, it is designed for upholstery cleaning; however, ensure you use the specialized tools included and use lower suction settings if available for delicate fabrics.
No, only use warm water as per the cleaning solution instructions. Boiling or extremely hot water can damage the internal seals and plastic components.
Regularly remove any tangled hair, threads, or carpet fibers from the bristles to maintain consistent scrubbing efficiency.
Check that the dirty water tank is seated correctly and the gasket is intact. Inspect the hose for clogs or kinks.
The dirty water tank may be full, triggering the float sensor. Empty the tank and ensure the float valve moves freely.
Verify the clean water tank is full and correctly installed. Check the spray nozzle for mineral deposits or clogs and clean with a fine needle if necessary.
To set up the unit, fill the clean water tank with your preferred upholstery or carpet cleaning solution, ensuring you follow the manufacturer's recommended dilution ratio. Secure the tank firmly in its locking position. For best results, use compatible low-foam detergents to prevent excess suds that can trigger the float shut-off sensor. After each use, empty the dirty water tank completely and rinse it with clean water. Periodically inspect the brush head for hair or debris build-up and wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth. Store the machine in a dry environment and ensure the power cord is coiled properly to prevent damage.
