Product Information

Full details

The Dwarflab Dwarf 3 is an ideal solution for hobbyist astronomers and wildlife enthusiasts who need a portable, user-friendly imaging system without the complexity of traditional equatorial mounts. Its primary strength lies in its dual-lens system and cloud-powered processing, which allows users to capture deep-space objects and animal subjects with ease, though its lightweight nature means it is best suited for low-wind environments to maintain maximum stability during long exposures.

Troubleshooting

Device failing to connect to the app

Ensure the telescope is powered on, Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone, and you are within close range of the device.

Tracking loses the subject

Ensure the telescope is mounted on a steady surface and that the target is not obscured by obstacles or fast-moving foreground objects.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: attach the device to a standard tripod, power it on, and pair it with the DWARFLAB App on your smartphone. Ensure the device is placed on level ground for optimal tracking accuracy. For maintenance, always keep the protective caps on when not in use. Clean the lenses only with the provided wipe cloth to prevent scratching the specialized coatings. When using the solar filters, always double-check the magnetic alignment to ensure the entire lens surface is covered before aiming at the sun.
