Troubleshooting

No video output to external monitors

Ensure all display cables are securely connected to both the dock and the monitors. Verify that the monitors are powered on and set to the correct input source. Confirm that DisplayLink drivers are installed and up-to-date.

Device not recognized or ports not working

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable from the laptop. Ensure the dock is powered on. Test the peripheral directly connected to the laptop to rule out a device issue. Restart the laptop and the docking station.

Slow network speeds when connected via Ethernet

Check the Ethernet cable for damage and ensure it's fully plugged into both the dock and the router/switch. Try a different Ethernet cable or port on the router. Verify that the network drivers for the dock are up-to-date.

Laptop not charging when connected to the dock

Ensure the dock's power adapter is plugged in and the dock is powered on. Verify that your laptop is compatible with the 100W Power Delivery and that the correct power tip is being used. Check the USB-C cable connection for a secure fit.

Audio issues (no sound, poor quality)

Confirm that the 3.5mm audio cable is properly connected to the dock and your speakers/headset. Select the correct audio output device in your operating system's sound settings. Test the audio output directly from the laptop.
