100 Pieces RX-M3x5x4 Brass Heat Set Insert. The ruthex threaded nuts can be used later by heat or ultrasound in parts of 3D printers by such as Anycubic, Creality or Prusa. With the help of heat through a soldering iron or ultrasound the press-in nuts are simply embedded in a sack or through hole. Thanks to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it keeps firmly in the pressure part. The opposite spiral-shaped knurled nuts provide for a balanced high tightening and loosening torque, as well as a high tightening force. Through the guide the insertion is made much easier. The inserts with internal thread are made of high-quality brass, which ensures optimum corrosion resistance and heat conductivity. Thus each press-in nut can be used for a long term and is easy to use. The screw-in thread can also be reused by carefully removing it from the pressure part, if this is possibly not needed anymore. The inserts are designed for all thermoplastic plastics. The knurled nuts also hold PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic of the part around the brass sleeve cools down again and hardens, the internal threaded sleeve is firmly anchored. The runhex thread insert set RX-M3x5x4 consists of 100 press-in nuts with M3 internal thread, a width of 5 mm and a length of 4 mm. These threaded sleeves can be used through ultrasound and heat embedding.
