This is common with new memory foam products. Ventilate the room well by opening windows and allow the mattress to air out for 48-72 hours. The odor typically dissipates quickly.

Uneven surface or indentations.

Rotate the mattress 180 degrees head to toe every 3-6 months. Ensure the bed base is providing adequate and even support. Significant indentations not related to normal body contouring may warrant contacting customer support under warranty.

Cover is difficult to remove or replace.
