Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the pans with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. When cooking, use low to medium heat settings; high heat is generally not necessary due to the efficient heat conductivity of the aluminium core.
To ensure compatibility, these pans work on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction stoves. For maintenance, it is highly recommended to use wooden, silicone, or plastic tools to prevent scratching the non-stick layer. While the set is durable, washing by hand with a soft sponge is the best practice to protect the integrity of the coating. Avoid using steel wool or abrasive cleansers, as these will permanently damage the non-stick finish.
