Troubleshooting
Wobbly chairs or bench
Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a level surface.
Fabric appears dirty or stained
Clean the textilene fabric with a mild soap and water solution. Use a soft brush for stubborn marks and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry.
Tabletop seems loose
Verify that the tabletop is correctly seated and secured to the frame according to assembly instructions. Tighten any fasteners if applicable.
Rust spots on the frame
While powder-coated steel is resistant, small rust spots can occur. Clean gently with a rust remover suitable for coated metals and touch up with paint if necessary.
