Use the control panel on the front of the fridge or through the SmartThings app to adjust the fridge and freezer temperatures.

Download and install the SmartThings app on your smartphone, create a Samsung account, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your fridge freezer to your Wi-Fi network.

Check for any items blocking the door from closing. Inspect the door seals for any damage or debris. Ensure the fridge is level.

Clean the interior of the fridge every few weeks or as needed. Wipe up spills immediately to prevent odors and bacterial growth.

Selected Samsung SpaceMax fridge freezers have a 5-year warranty, upon redemption within 90 days of purchase. Contact Samsung customer service for warranty claims.

While the doors are reversible, it is recommended to have a qualified installer, such as one of Samsung's Tech Experts, carry out the door reversal.

AI Energy mode tracks your usage and estimates power consumption, potentially reducing energy consumption. It can be accessed and controlled through the SmartThings app.

The refrigerant used is R600a.

Check the power supply and ensure the fridge is properly plugged in. Verify the temperature settings and allow time for the fridge to cool down. Check if the condenser coils at the back are dusty and require cleaning.

Ensure the door seals are tight and not letting in warm air. Check the defrost system (refer to the user manual). Clean the freezer. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

Ensure the door is closed properly. Check for any obstructions preventing the door from sealing completely.

Check your home Wi-Fi connection and ensure the fridge is within range. Restart the fridge and the Wi-Fi router. Reconnect the fridge to the network via the SmartThings app.

Check if the fridge is level. Some noises are normal (e.g., the compressor). If the noise is excessive, refer to the user manual or contact customer support.
