FAQs
Can I use these wipes on kittens?
Yes, the formula is gentle enough for most cats, but always observe your kitten for any signs of skin irritation.
How deep into the ear should I clean?
Only clean the visible outer part of the ear and the underside of the ear flap. Never insert the wipe or any object into the ear canal.
Are the wipes flushable?
No, while they are 100% biodegradable, they should be disposed of in a trash bin rather than flushed down the toilet.
Can I use these for other pets?
These wipes are specifically formulated for cats; while they may be safe for other small animals, it is best to stick to products labeled for your specific pet.
How often should I clean my cat's ears?
Routine cleaning once a week is usually sufficient for most cats, though you may do it more frequently if your cat is prone to wax buildup.
Troubleshooting
Wipes are drying out in the container
Ensure the lid is pressed firmly until it clicks closed after every single use.
Cat resists the cleaning process
Try wrapping the cat in a towel like a 'burrito' to keep them calm and provide a high-value treat during and after the cleaning.
Cat continues to shake head after cleaning
If shaking persists, it may indicate an infection rather than simple wax buildup; please consult your veterinarian for an ear exam.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These wipes require no preparation; simply open the lid and extract a single wipe. To maintain the effectiveness of the product, always ensure the container lid is snapped shut tightly after every use to prevent the remaining wipes from drying out. Store the package in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. These wipes are compatible with all cat breeds and ages, though you should perform a patch test on a small area if your cat has a history of severe skin allergies. If you notice signs of redness, swelling, or discharge after use, discontinue application and consult a veterinarian.
