The Ultratape Builders Easy-Tear Tape is an ideal solution for professional contractors and DIY enthusiasts who require a reliable, heavy-duty adhesive that balances strength with ease of use. Its primary advantage is its specialized adhesive backing that leaves surfaces residue-free, saving time on cleanup; however, users should note that while it is waterproof, it is designed for temporary hold and should not be used as a permanent structural fastening solution.

Yes, it is designed to leave no residue on walls, making it suitable for many interior painted surfaces.
While durable, it is not rated for high-temperature applications or direct heat sources.
This specific variant is provided in white.
Yes, its waterproof backing makes it suitable for light outdoor use, though it is not a permanent solution against harsh weather.
While it removes cleanly, it is recommended to remove it once the project is complete to prevent environmental debris from settling on the edge.
Apply a quick, sharp snap motion rather than a slow pull to trigger the easy-tear performance.
Wipe the surface with a dry cloth to remove dust or grease before application.
To achieve the best results, ensure your surface is free from oil, dust, and moisture before applying the tape. Simply pull the desired length from the roll, apply firm pressure along the length of the tape to activate the adhesive, and tear it by hand. When removing, peel back slowly at an angle to ensure the residue-free property functions as intended. Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the adhesive layer over time.
