STAUB Vintage series cast iron cookware. Mini Coquette with 12 cm diameter and 0,5 litre volume. In black matte enamel with brass knob. Suitable for preparing and serving single portions. Suitable for use on all kinds of cook top, induction compatible. Comparably lighter lid to cocotte. Capacity 0.5 litres. Serves 1 person. Timeless clean vintage line. The ingredients retain their nutritional values and all the intensity of their flavors, the meat remains tender and the vegetables soft. The high-quality matte black interior enamel provides better resistance to thermal shock and scratches. Cast iron is one of the materials that best retains heat, diffuses it slowly, and redistributes it perfectly evenly. Lid knob resists up to 250°C for baking in the oven.
