The BARGAINS-GALORE Triangular Scale Ruler is an essential tool for architects, engineers, students, and contractors who require high-precision measurements for technical drafting. Crafted from durable, lightweight aluminium alloy, it offers exceptional stability and readability for complex blueprints and floor plans. While its 12-inch length provides extensive range for large-scale drawings, it is a rigid instrument, meaning it is not suitable for measuring curved surfaces or irregular objects.

Yes, it is designed for both students and professionals, making it an excellent choice for anyone learning technical drawing.
No, the graduations are etched into the aluminium, not merely printed on the surface, ensuring they remain visible for the life of the tool.
Yes, its aluminium alloy construction is sturdy enough to serve as a guide for light cutting tasks, unlike plastic rulers.
The ruler provides standard measurements compatible with technical drawing requirements for both 12-inch and 30cm scales.
Store it in a flat, dry place away from heavy items that could apply pressure to the edges and cause dents.
Wipe the ruler with a clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove graphite or eraser dust from the etched grooves.
Ensure you are using the ruler on a flat, non-slip surface, or apply slight downward pressure to the center of the ruler to maintain stability.
To ensure your ruler remains accurate, keep the edges free from nicks and debris. While the aluminium is impact-resistant, avoid dropping it on hard concrete floors, which can cause dents on the corners or edges. Clean the ruler periodically with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove pencil graphite or eraser residue that may build up within the etched grooves. When not in use, store it flat or in a protective tube to prevent warping or edge degradation.
