The Metzeler Roadtec 01 SE Motorcycle Tyre is an evolution in the Sport Touring segment that enhances handling and grip for Supersport and naked motorcycles preserving mileage and wet performances. It is ideal for use on Supersport and Naked Motorcycles, enhances handling and grip, and preserves mileage and wet weather performance. The tyre features a higher land/sea ratio on its shoulders which enhances sportiness and slick rubber on the shoulders to put more rubber on the road during lean. This grip during lean enhances cornering thrust and directionality. Grooves in the central footprint provide mechanical grip, drainage, and safety, while steep grooves improve traction on low friction surfaces and short grooves prevent lateral slip and increase stability. The Metzeler Roadtec 01 SE Motorcycle Tyre has a tread pattern design which features a higher ratio of silica in the tread compound for improved grip and wear resistance.
