FAQs
Is this racket suitable for a beginner?
The Easy Flow Gen 2 is designed specifically for intermediate players who have already developed their basic swing technique.
Does it come with a protective cover?
Please check your specific retail package, though it is recommended to use a separate thermal bag for transport.
How often should I replace the grip?
For optimal control and hygiene, replace your overgrip every 10-15 playing hours depending on perspiration levels.
Can I use this racket in cold weather?
Yes, but be aware that colder temperatures will make the EVA rubber core feel stiffer, potentially reducing the 'soft' feel.
What is the benefit of the high balance?
The high balance shifts the center of gravity toward the head of the racket, providing extra leverage for power shots.
How do I clean the surface?
Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth after play to remove dust and court residue; do not submerge in water.
Troubleshooting
Excessive vibration during hard shots
Ensure the handle grip is not worn out and check that the frame is free of surface damage.
Feeling too heavy at the net
Verify the placement of the wristband and try using a lighter overgrip to adjust the handle balance.
Ball exit feels dead
Store the racket in a climate-controlled area; extreme cold can temporarily stiffen the EVA memory rubber.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the life and performance of your Lok Easy Flow Gen 2, ensure the adjustable Comfort Wristband is secured snugly before every match to prevent accidental drops. After play, store the racket in a dry environment away from extreme temperatures to protect the EVA core and frame integrity. Regularly check the surface for cracks or excessive wear. If you find the balance too heavy, consider adjusting your grip wrap thickness to redistribute the weight toward the handle.
